Overall Satisfaction with Critical Mention
We use Critical Mention to pull broadcast media coverage for our clients. It provides reporting metrics as well as an opportunity to playback TV and radio interviews, which we cannot get elsewhere. The tool has added great value to our monthly reporting, better showing the reach of our work.

- Providing playback opportunities for LIVE segments that aren't always accessible for viewing in the moment
- The reliance on closed captioning can sometimes cause issues when pulling reports
- There are sometimes complete captioning blackouts making it hard to find and "wordplay" segments accurately
