Overall Satisfaction with CrossBrowserTesting
I used this product as part of testing my product on multiple devices, environments. I used it for testing web application and mobile application. Using CrossBrowserTesting tool it was easier to test on multiple (versions of) browser and devices, which was helpful for our business as it was being used by Field Engineers in hospitals.

1. Selenium is Open source tool
2. Needs proper framework development and integration with multiple 3rd party tools

4. Needs scripting knowledge for people working on it

3. Quick results
4. No scripting language knowledge needed
5. More coverage
