Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management
Cvent Event Management is being used as an event planning tool across the organization, though managed by only one department. It addresses several needs such as event registration, data collection, ticket sales, and event production tools. Cvent Event Management is a staple to add to any event that you plan. It helps to keep you organized and the ROI on ease of transaction versus pulling the event off is above any other platform that is out there. Hybrid, virtual, or in-person, I will not do an event without Cvent.

- User Interface - [I feel] it is very "flat"

These features are very limited in what is needed in a flexible setting. In addition both Salesforce and Whaller privacy and security policy is over-reaching. They both require to store the information of every registant and their personal information without providing access to the recipient or the original holders. Such lack of control over data places our clientele at risk and hinders production of business (i.e. data analytics).
