Use Cvent Event Management for our 2 annual programs - a 300+ attendee Annual General Meeting and a 600+ attendee Annual Conference. The Cvent Event Management tool helps us to do everything associated with hosting the events prior, during, and post, this includes items, such as RFPs and venue sourcing, websites, attendee management, etc.

The Cvent Event Management platform outperforms Hubilo due to its event-wide integration. The platform provides all items in one central hub, allowing data to be shared seamlessly across the different areas. This removes the need for different products and software as the Cvent Event Management platform can do it all. We transitioned fully to Cvent Event Management when the ease in managing data and attendee inflation was realized.
