Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

We use Cvent Event Management for all of our events (in-person, hybrid, and virtual). The tool has provided us with across the board branding, we are able to pull critical analytical data for promotion and commercial purposes. It has provided our organization with the ability to compete competitively in the market.

These products emulate the Cvent Event Management product and offered reduced analytics and costs. However, they are lacking in integrations and expanded data analytics beyond basic information.

Cvent Event Management is well suited for our in-person meetings because we are able to extract live data to provide stakeholders information in the moment as well as after the meeting. This data allows us to prepare the the next meeting and make adjustments when necessary in marketing, promotion, and registration.
