I use Cvent Event Management for creating event builds. I appreciate the 24/7 customer service phone line. The build templates help to create builds in no time. I like how the surveys are done at the time of build, so that they are not forgotten. I like how the Cvent Salesforce application is now live.

I use Cvent for webinars, internal events, small events such as a suite at a sporting event, a gathering at a restaurant, as well as large events of over 1,000 attendees. I work at a large corporation, but I can see how Cvent would be helpful at medium and some small business settings.
