Overall Satisfaction with Databox
To pull in data from several different places in order to track metrics and KPIs in one place. We mainly use it when it comes to tracking metrics in the sales, marketing and overall company/revenue areas. This allows us to see how we're performing and trending in easy-to-digest dashboards and widgets.
- Create dashboards from a variety of data sources.
- Set & track goals based on the data and metrics provided.
- Send alerts and scorecard updates to Slack and email automatically.
- More direct integrations so we don't have to rely on Zapier (ChartMogul would be great).
- Deeper integrations with certain partners to provide more options (mainly ActiveCampaign & Intercom).
- Saved time by not spending hours creating weekly reports.
- Insights into how we're trending towards goals we've set.
- Slack integration allows whole team to get updated on autopilot.
Much cheaper and seems to do at least as good of a job while having a similar integration stack. I also appreciate the efforts Databox go to on their blog and podcast to help educate people on all things data and metrics.
