Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Dropbox for all of our document storage such as contract templates, executed contracts, project documents, etc. This allows all of our team to access files & download/upload as needed.

Google Drive and Microsoft SharePoint

I prefer SharePoint's ability for multiple users to access and edit documents simultaneously.

It's nice to have everything stored digitally and accessible to all. We have run into a few issues of people editing a document at the same time and saving over someone else's edits. Additionally, we had a large folder of 114 contract templates disappear and never received an explanation as to why or recovery of said files.
