Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
[Dynatrace is being used] To support a complex legacy and cloud environment, mobile to mainframe. Current use is primarily with operation teams across application and I & O organization. Will be integrating with CICD pipelines.
- Transaction trace - provides detailed, method level insight into business transactions and performance from UI through backend services and DBs.
- AI - technology assistance in identifying both root cause and impact of issues in the company.
- Full stack visibility - allows all in the organization to have clarity on operational health and transparency where issues exist.

These functions include business applications used by sales, security, back office processing, and service requests (i.e. loan submissions...). It also includes teams supporting back-end services such as client or portfolio information and content management systems. Lastly it includes teams supporting technologies such as servers, data base, middle ware and security.

Yes - The access to the weekly sessions with implementation experts and in app chat are very valuable to support the organization.
Yes - Yes it was resolved quickly with a GA release within 3 weeks.
I'm able to redirect Dynatrace users at my company to the in app chat for usability questions, freeing my resources to focus on implementation of features.
