Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
Our software delivery teams in IT are using the tool primarily for reactive troubleshooting, and plan to expand the use of it for proactive monitoring and alerting in the next quarter. It has helped us troubleshoot issues quicker, and understand improvement opportunities related to scalability or infrastructure configuration. The tool has allowed us to double in size in terms of users and clients with minimal issues related to performance.
- Ability to see the full stack and how the layers are related.
- Root cause analysis of problems that are identified with minimal effort.
- Automate console app monitoring (converting console apps to services).
