Overall Satisfaction with Epicor Kinetic

I use Epicor Kinetic for purchasing, receiving, shipping and invoicing. The problem we used to have before Epicor Kinetic is having to use two different softwares to complete everything Epicor Kinetic can do. The scope of our use case helps clarify communication to ensure there's understanding of what Epicor Kinetic aims to accomplish by building what the business needs.
  • easy to customize home page
  • user friendly
  • custom reports
  • move the delete button away from the save button
  • being able to obsolete an MPN for a part and having it be grayed out
  • being able to rate MPN's for part by preference
Epicor Kinetic is better and has more features directed towards our business.

Epicor Kinetic has continued to improve our daily process in every area from beginning to end. It has been the best software we have used so far.

Evaluating Epicor Kinetic and Competitors

Yes - Epicor Kinetic replaced Quickbooks. We wanted one software to complete many tasks.

We wanted a software that we could use to ship and invoice plus more. Epicor Kinetic had all the features.
If we had to do over again, we would've done it sooner because Epicor Kinetic has made the day to day process so much easier.
