I organize events for various organizations.

  • Accurate statistics
  • Proper email notification of purchases
  • Accurate counts
  • Accurate list of attendees
  • Information I can rely on.
  • Our expenses were higher than needed due to inaccurate reporting
  • Only the final report, that came after the day of the event was accurate

I am rating this service as low as possible. We were planning a spaghetti dinner and needed the information for buying decisions. The email counts did not line up with the reported counts. I have the spreadsheets From Eventbrite as we moved through the process. There were many numeric swings, on was even less than the previous download. I also received reservations after the event was showing sold out.
