Overall Satisfaction with eversign
EverSign is used across the whole organization. It was a cost-effective solution to electronic signatures, allowing us to sign and approve documents both in the office and remotely. We are also better able to keep track of any given document's status. EverSign is used mainly by the Finance team to sign: A/P invoices, GL reports, journal entries, timecards, etc.

- Easy to manage business/team
- It can be difficult to view larger documents efficiently
- More customizable fields could be useful
- Would be nice to be able to click on the document to add fields vs drag & drop
- Ability to sign documents remotely
- Ability to sign unlimited documents per month
- Ability to have two separate "businesses" under one account for privacy reasons
- More efficient than wet signatures
- More cost-effective than better-known alternatives
- DocuSign and SignRequest
In terms of functionality and ease of use, DocuSign is the best option. However, it is also thousands of dollars more expensive for the same volume of documents per month than EverSign or SignRequest. Out of the more affordable options, EverSign has more functionality and better-suited for business needs.
