Overall Satisfaction with EvolutionX
We use EvolutionX for our office supplies business at Jenkinsons UK, and it's been a game-changer for us. Being B2B-focused, we faced a lot of headaches with other platforms, but since switching to EvolutionX, everything runs much smoother. We can quickly customize prices and promotions, upload products and catalogs with just a click, and process orders faster than ever. Our clients love it, and so do we!
- Running a promotion is really easy and simple.
- Product search is great.
- Integration with many other software and services is well supported.
- As I already mentioned some testing button for email templates would be great.
- It would be great that there are more themes that people can choose from.
- Even thought there are lots of training videos I would like to see even more especially on some advanced features and capabilities.
- EvolutionX enables advanced E-commerce features. I have seen in some businesses are employing whole teams of engineers to built those features and integrate third party software but with EvolutionX all that is bypassed and business are getting great product for fairly low price.
- Since we are using it we have seen benefits in terms of customer interaction, order processing time, efficiency...
- We are also able to showcase many more products for our customers.
For sure it helped us a lot. We are able to showcase relevant products in abundance, and that is the first thing that customers like to see; great choice. It help us get the best price for our customers and adjust prices according to different business needs. Communication and connection with customers thought our website is seamless and we feel that its something that makes difference as we are in the world where everything is automatic and fast and not much of a human interaction. Keeping that human interaction though website helped our customers feel appreciated and heard.
EvoultionX helped us with better overall customer service and that helped build our reputation and consistency.

- Shopify and WooCommerce
EvolutionX is much easier to use, and all features that it offers are already part of UI. Those other platforms require you to first know about some feature in order that you even have idea to use them. Then if you are using them for the first time there is a learning curve and lots of time wasted on different learning materials. Training for EvolutionX is centralized and if something is not already there, there is great support from customer service team. So if I ever have any question or dilemma they are there to help me.
