Overall Satisfaction with Expensify
Expensify is being used across our organization to manage expense submissions, it is connected to our Netsuite account and there is a multi-step approval through managers and finance before our expenses are being reimbursed. It allows employees to submit expenses, managers to approve them, and the finance team to reimburse once approved.
- I like that you can set up rules for common expenses like cell phone reimbursement so you don't have to type the same thing each time.
- You can sync to your bank accounts to automatically pull in transactions.
- Most of the time, the smartscan feature fails or freezes for a long period of time on mobile and I have to enter things manually.
- I can't choose to submit my expenses to different people (only my manager), example if I incurred expenses from a different department head I can't send to them for approval.
- Takes the stress out of expense reporting, it's easy to forward expenses to Expensify and keep track of where your reimbursement is.
- With a complicated reporting structure, it is easy to set up Expensify to mimic that and ensure that the right people are approving the expenses.
