Gist is an all-in-one platform to provide customer support. I like their super cool chat widget. Using their mobile app I can reply to my customers on the go. It helps me a lot to provide faster support. Also, they have a knowledgebase feature. This knowledgebase reduces customer ticket submissions a lot. My business is so smooth because of this powerful software!

- In Facebook page integration I can only reply to FB page messages through Gist. But there is no option to reply to customer comments like on LiveAgent. This is a feature I really wish was available in Gist.
