Gong is being used for training purposes and also from a coaching perspective to give reps feedback.
  • Easily ID the keywords reps use in a call.
  • Recording activity back to SFDC.
  • Email tracking.
  • Email tracking back to SFDC.
  • Clarity on frontline communication to customers.
  • More efficient 1:1 calls between management and reps.
The CS is always available to help on anything I need and explore other ways to implement Gong in my company whether it be new features or getting other depts on board.
