Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive

We use Google Docs to collaborate on projects, to work remotely as teams, to share large files, and as "cloud" storage for photos and videos. It's used by about one half of our staff, and will soon be used by everyone. It allows people to access the same files, simultaneously, from multiple locations.
  • Very easy to use, and compatible with MS Office programs.
  • Good tool for collaborating on projects.
  • A lot of storage space.
  • It'd be great if I could use my personal Google Drive and my work Google Drive at the same time.
  • Very positive - through Google for Nonprofits, we pay basically nothing and get great functionality.
I think Google Drive is easier to use than Dropbox, it has more storage space, and it is great to have it streamlined with other Google accounts (one less password to remember).
Very well suited to collaborative projects, especially when people aren't in the same location. Also great for working remotely. Not as good for documents that need to look branded or designed.
