It's being used as a virtual conferencing toll for sales meetings but also for presentations with prospects.
  • Very intuitive and easy to use for a reasonable price. I've very rarely had any technical issues and it's worked perfectly well for my needs.
  • There was only one time when the program was failing to load with my browser on Windows 7.
  • Speeds up sales cycle, facilitates a in-person meeting.
Lots of flexibility when scheduling and rescheduling meetings
It's a powerful tool for sales. One suggestion I would make is not limiting the amount of people you can see on screen at one time to six, that way it's a more inclusive meeting.
It is very well suited as a sales tool and also for managers to communicate with their team. It will never replace face time but for less formal occasions, it's a great medium of communication for updates and such..
