Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
Gusto has been primarily used by us to process payroll and contractors. It makes payroll seamless and easy as it is very user friendly and easy to get started. It also is great in handling tax forms and reporting.
- Hiring of new hires (ease of onboarding)
- Providing tax forms
- Entering/running payroll
- Functionality is slow when over 100 employees
- Time tracking has room for improvement
- Interfacing for benefit enrollment with outside parties doesn't always work.
- Positive in that it is very easy and minimal time to run payroll
- No additional cost for running off cycle payrolls
- Some hidden costs of broker integration fees and Cobra administration
