Overall Satisfaction with Harvest
Harvest is used to track time by contractors, employees, and projects. It is used across multiple departments. It makes timekeeping very straightforward and simple, and our contractors use it to submit and track their invoices to the company as well. It is one of the most user-friendly products out there and has made what is normally a mundane and sometimes complicated task extremely easy, effective, and manageable.
- Tracking time against projects and tasks is very easy
- Creation of invoices works very well, selection of different formats is easy
- Tracking invoices, closing and reminders are all very straightforward and easy
- Harvest is just an easy to use product. The UI and process are very well thought out - it just works. Best in Class solution to be sure.
- Price is somewhat high as compared to alternatives
- Reporting could be a little better, but really it's not bad
- Timely submission of accurate timesheets and projects
- Timely and effective invoice creation
- We do bi-monthly billing and payments with a large group of contractors and it has made the creation and turnaround of timesheets, project reports, invoices and reminders easy.
- Mobile apps are excellent making for easy time entries.
We tested against several other projects in a similar category, and although some solutions were cheaper, non performed as well as Harvest. Time entry and invoice creation is a tedious task for many professionals who bill time, and Harvest takes away a lot of the pain via their beautiful UI and well-thought out processes.
