Overall Satisfaction with Hatchbuck

Hatchbuck is being used by our company as an innovative CRM and automated marketing platform. It is being used across the whole organization.
  • Intuitive design and implementation, which means it's amazingly user friendly.
  • Keeps tasks, contacts, and collaborations organized.
  • Is amazing at automated, action-based, and behavioral marketing.
  • I am not an advanced user, yet, but haven't found anything that it's lacking thus far.

I have tested three major competitors in the same field and Hatchbuck stands above them. I do not wish to mention them, but I can say that the visual appeal, intuitive nature, and ease of which I am learning their system is stellar. It takes a bit of time, but you can be up and running in just a few days. They've re-defined lead management leaving other companies in the dust!
I would say that it's very good for those who like things easy, intuitive, and visual. The personal trainings are AWESOME and I have (and continue) to learn so much. It's going to take our small business to the next level. I would say that it's very good for travel companies like ourself, among any B2C business that might be at a crossroads where they would like to better handle leads and website visitors.
