Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot to schedule manual and auto emails (sequences), save templates, call prospects, save notes on calls, schedule meetings, track and manage other sales people calls/email output, and organize everything I need to be successful.
- Great support - quick feedback - very helpful.
- Records information accurately.
- The calendar tool works well.
- You should allow threading to not be all or none - there should be the ability to thread some emails in a sequence and not others.
- You should have the ability to mass change the date that tasks are due on the task plane.
- You should have a parallel dialer built into mass cold calls.
- You make it so the default font and color can't be changed - the color is a weird grey and not black, and it slows me way down when putting an email together and copy-pasting for certain areas—slower time = less ROI.
- I think it's pretty straightforward for sales adoption.
- Not sure it makes deal cycles shorter.
I've used Salesforce in the past but briefly and barely remember it because I've used HubSpot for two years now.
