Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

It's used as main CRM on a daily basis for adding accounts and general CRM hygiene. We used it as well for direct sequencing and outreach but that has stopped. We used to follow-up with tasks in the Crm as well but that has also stopped

We moved to Salesloft for outreach in Q1 2023 due to reporting not being strong enough for management.

  • Better UI/UX than Salesforce
  • Easy reporting
  • use of ease as general CRM
  • Reminder tasks
  • Customised reporting
  • Easier use of tiering accounting for outbound
  • better / different reporting on open / reply rates etc
  • Easier to onboard reps with
  • Speeds up admin work
  • Focus on getting deals signed
Used Saleforce before, very tricky and clunky

Two different POV's on CRM.

SF becomes a monster with various integrations
HS is a single source of truth where you don't really need many integrations with other platforms

This makes SF both more attractive for a custom scope and getting best of class pieces but also unattractive since it ends up becoming this CRM Frankenstein

HS is more attractive due to use of ease and not needing to Frankenstein the platform, but you cant customise it maybe to the extent u want

HS better than SF. Wouldnt recommend people to use SF, SF is moreso for enterprise segment which HS doesn't really compete it.

For SMB's HS makes most sense

SL is better in terms of reporting and mass outreaching people with mail and phone but HS easier to follow-up with on a manual basis ~ e.g. following up on deals and make them move in pipeline

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

Used Salesforce before

HS is more user friendly, and can act as a single source of truth. Although I've mainly experience with only the sales side of things and less so the marketing side of the platform.

Reporting is nice and easy regarding activity. There are more complex/technical reports relating to accounts and outreach that internally we haven't been able to work out in HubSpot so the team has moved reporting to Tableau instead of this
