I use HubSpot CRM for email communications
  • Keep contact activity organized
  • Schedule and send email campaigns
  • Receive insights when prospects open or click emails
  • Detailed reports of activity
  • Ability to create lists for later follow ups
  • Creating lists of contacts that opened or clicked on an email for further follow up
  • Adding tags to contacts for organization purposes
  • It has helped me follow up and keep in touch with contacts.

Using HubSpot CRM

10 - Basic CRM functions such as retaining client data, tracking communications, using email templates, using email sequences, tracking email metrics such as emails sent, emails opened, emails replied, clicked links within an emails, tracking number of calls, number of answered calls, number of conversations. Also used for keeping track of active deals and prospects.
10 - Mainly sales people and sales managers with basic tech skills and web knowledge.
