Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot CRM does a fair job at keeping contacts organized and allows for all users to contribute to keeping tabs on customers. It also allows us to manage and track all communications between our consultants and management. I especially like using it paired with the gmail extension which allows me to track my emails and even see when the client opens them.

HubSpot CRMis a lower price point for a startup business. It allows for a lot of functionality without the exorbitant fees.
