Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HS to help charities with packages for their gala/event. I send quotes, general information, and check in after the event for the winner information. Then, I also send the invoice. We communicate as a team through each event as well.
- Task queue.
- Prompt notification.
- Ease of use.
- Sometimes, it takes a while for a quote to be published.
- Automation for calculating charity proceeds.
- Editing invoices after they are created.
- It's easy for our accountant to track financials.
- Breakdown of each package sold/ how many were requested is helpful.
Our company uses Hubspot, which is very user-friendly and involves many different areas depending on what you need to use it for.
