Insightly helps us manage our clients from start to finish. Beginning with our sales process, linking to QuickBooks for invoicing and managing the project to completion.

- takes invoicing data from Opportunities and creates invoices in QBO
- manages out projects with auto tasks and emails
- helps us manage employee capacity
- gives us sightline to our sales pipeline
- integrating emails to projects and opportunities

- We are able to manage more clients per employee because of workflow automation...things no longer fall through the cracks.

Yes, it has definitely made our details process easier to maintain. And, I forgot to mention, we also use the service module to manage a big portion of our work in a very effective way. It used to be managed on a spreadsheet, so Service and the auto emails has been a lifesaver.
We mainly selected Insightly for ease of use for end users and its ability to allow us to customize.
