Overall Satisfaction with isolved
We are a PEO (professional employer organization) and our clients use isolved for their HRCM tool. The tool does everything from onboarding, employee management, payroll & reporting , to offboarding.

- benefits set up is pretty complex for small business
- more reporting capabilities - maybe an advanced report writing wizard.
- There seems to be a lot of work to do for the PEO space
- if using for PEO/ASO, we haven't seen much ROI as of this date as we have had too many issues with clients not liking the product
isolved does have a lot of capabilities, but in my experience, smaller businesses tend to like Prism better - its more simplified.
