Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4

Due to the mounting issue with "cyber crimes" and security, our IT department decided to enact monthly company-wide training seminars that could be used across every center and department in our company. They tried several companies before finding KnowBe4 and the great majority of our employees have found that KnowBe4 is the easiest program for these training sessions.
  • The videos and testing scenarios are easy to follow and very entertaining.
  • The material is simplified, using easy to understand vocabulary while thoroughly addressing privacy and security topics.
  • The materials our IT team can choose from are very detailed and we can select each session based on what we are addressing every month.
  • The videos, although entertaining tend to be a bit silly, almost juvenile.
  • Most of the modules are very short and I think it may be a bit more beneficial for retention if there were more detailed quizzes at the end of each.
  • There are sometimes technology "glitches" where the context won't load. KnowBe4, however, has been very responsive to remedy this issue.
  • We have significantly decreased the frequency of malicious objectives.
  • We have greatly increased participation rates among employees due to "user friendly" content of training modules.
  • We have created a favorable buzz within our staff, making learning about security issues fun and welcome.
These companies offer thorough training modules that are quite informative. The are, however, limited in the amount of modules they offer, the training sessions are very lengthy and the assessments are often very vague and challenging.
KnowBe4 has a vast catalog of modules to chose from and the modules are short and easy to participate. The assessments are fun and the annual cost of this system is very affordable.
This is the best program for security training in my experience. The videos cater to a variable audience, they are easy to understand and entertaining for all users. I find that my company has been able to achieve 96% participation rate by switching to KnowBe4, thereby greatly reducing the frequency of malicious attempts that make it through our systems. We have been very successful in personal accountability, trusting our employees have the knowledge to fend off potentially dangerous cyber crime.
