Users complain about dry and repetitive training content. The videos are entertaining and hold users' attention. We get higher completion rates if we keep the content fresh.
Our system administrators have a single-sign-on setup and keep the user list fresh with a sync to the active directory. Groups are our biggest challenge, particularly in light of the heavy turnover recently.
Reports on completions from the training campaigns are critical. They are easy to get and manipulate offline. Automated ways to reach users who have not completed are easy and essential.
