Overall Satisfaction with LeadIQ
We use LeadIQ to source contact information for B2B sales. We require direct or at least valid corporate switchboard numbers and good emails. The hope was that this would help solve some of the problems we have reaching our target audience, however, the success rate has been disappointing. Most of the outcomes of the phone calls from our sales staff: Auto answer, no answer, wrong number, numbers disconnected...
- Extrapolates LinkedIn contact information.
- Chrome extension is great.
- Saving to Google Sheets and the campaign dashboard.
- Phone numbers are awful. Without better phone information this service is useless.
- So far not a happy customer. We have had a few positive results but for the most part, all phone numbers are relatively inaccurate or they are personal numbers scraped from LinkedIn. When calling a personal number, people are surprised and find it intrusive.
- We would not recommend this service until it invests more into correct corporate switchboard numbers at the bare minimum. Currently, these are often incorrect.
None of these products are great in relation to accurate data. SignalHire was surprisingly better but only just. Lusha is grossly overpriced and ZoomInfo are purely out to make as much off unsuspecting customers as they can - originally pitched $15000 and when we refused the price quickly reduced to $5000. We still would not consider this LeadIQ is better in the fact it costs less than the above, but if you think any of these products are going to solve your data problem you will be disappointed.
