Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We use Litmus as a testing tool to make sure an email is rendering across all platforms correctly as well as part of our QA process using the Proof feature which allows our editorial team to view and suggest edits. I am also an avid reader of the Litmus newsletter and they are the first place I check when I need advice on all things email. Previously, at another company we used Litmus as a repository as well as a way to build emails with their builder tool.
- One-stop review
- Providing helpful and interesting content
- Design Library
- WYSIWYG feature
- shorter, less confusing review cycles
Yes, however previously when I worked in Sailthru I noticed it worked more seamless than Adobe Campaign
Being able to review in one place has greatly cut down on time and confusion in our review cycle. It is helpful for our editorial team to be able to view an email in both desktop, mobile as well as the SL, preview text and text version. It is also helpful that they can comment right on the email and view each others comments which cuts down on redundancies. I, as the builder, like that i can “check off” comments I’ve already completed or view them all.
I’ve used Sailthru’s testing feature in the past, however it was always in conjunction with Litmus as they have features that Sailthru doesn’t , such as reviewing inline, and a design library that was used as a repository.
