Overall Satisfaction with MindManager
I am using MindManager to create Taxonomies for Pharmaceutical and Finance companies. It is quick and easy to use. I use the software in workshops with the clients and it produces amazing results. I use it also on a daily basis to organize my thoughts for the day. I cannot stress how much this has helped the creative process.

2 - The people in my organization that use mind manager are a Manager and Developer. We use mind manager to create mindmaps that are used during meeting to gain approvals from other people in the organization. We have been using MindManager for around three years now and don't expect to stop using it.
We do not have people in house to support MindManager. There are several good online courses to support all the features of MindManager.

No we did not. It is not a critical application for our organization.
We have never had to use support so it is exceptional.
