Do you think Namely delivers good value for the price?
Not sure
Are you happy with Namely's feature set?
No
Did Namely live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of Namely go as expected?
No
Would you buy Namely again?
No
- It does not integrate with our payroll system. We need to manually submit time-off requests to payroll. This requires more labor on our part.
- This has allowed for a much smoother new hire onboarding (particularly with paperwork), especially as we work remotely.

We recently changed the way our sick time works (went from an accrual basis to frontload the amount). When I reached out to Namely to help me, they walked me through creating the new time off plan and did a mass reset from their end to add everyone to it and change their time accordingly. It was smooth.
