Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
The Nextiva Business Phone Service allows staff to work remotely and seamlessly, whether it's through our cell phones, laptops, desktops or the physical phone. We're able to place calls with the individual that needs to address the issues with the client or potential client so their issues are taken care of promptly (and without the need for callbacks). The upgrades in services and the support provided when necessary provides the necessary reassurance that our systems will be up and running correctly, and quickly, should there be an issue that arises. I can't say enough about the flexibility their system provides to my business needs. This product has transformed my business over the last 5-6 years. Attorney Russell Goldsmith
- Allows me to be reached when necessary and be able to spesk with the party on very short notice without the need for a call back.
- Allows for tracking of calls in a very convenient fashion for purposes of determining when individuals called and how long on the phone.
- Allows for a very convenient efax service with easy tracking.
- Allows for screening of calls so as to avoid spam callers.
- Chat service availability at all times, versus the need to call in to the 1-800 number.
- The same customer service level on the chat service as the phone service.
- Can't speak to any ROI increase.
