Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
We use Nextiva Business Phone Service for all of our office phones. It's easy to use and navigate. The call center feature is a life saver for us! We have two medical offices and we are able to dictate what phones need to ring for incoming calls and which phones do not. Every phone is able to have their own extension and their own voicemail. We don't have to take so many messages if someone is not at their desk. Just forward the call to the extension and if they are available the patient is able to leave a voicemail for their provider. Customer service is outstanding! Always very helpful and fast to resolve the issue. Would highly recommend using Nextiva Business Phone Service for office use.
