Nimble Who?
Overall Satisfaction with Nimble
Nimble was our main CRM program for a couple of years. We used it to keep track of client addresses for mobile techs, as well as to monitor what the clients were calling in on and verify emails sent out for contract renewals.
- Clean look
- Organized sections
- Social media auto-populate needs a lot of work. Never gave valid social media accounts for clients.
- Very clunky to work with.
- Not customizable the way others are.
- Claim to be unlimited but it's actually 20,000 contacts for the price quoted. Additional is 10.00 a month more.
- Nimble was the worst investment we made.
Nimble is a good CRM for someone who wants to use it for what it can do out of the box. Someone who doesn't need social media links in the client records. If you want to customize a CRM to look and feel like you want it to, I'd suggest you go someplace else. Nimble does not allow you to customize the look. You can add fields, but only to one select location in the platform.
