Nintex Document Generation for Salesforce
Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Document Generation for Salesforce
We use Nintex Document Generation for Salesforce to automate the generation of our legal agreement templates (Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Change Orders, etc.) for doing business with out clients. This solution ensures consistency in format and appearance across our organization, provides a level of version control for our organization.
- Nintex automates the generation of legal agreements and templates across our salesforce users.
- Nintex helps us with controlling the version of template being used.
- Nintex frees-up our legal time because we have established standards.
- Nintex seemlessly integrates into our salesforce.com org and makes generating agreements so easy for our users (click a button!)
- Honestly, the only thing I can offer for improvement are around documentation of use cases and some aspects of set up. The back-end functionality is wonderful, and the support team is fantastic, I just think some additional documentation from Nintex might be helpful and reduce some support effort on their part.
- Nintex has enabled us to manage the version of agreements used.
- Nintex has enabled us to automate generation of the template with base information filled in from salesforce.
- Nintex has enabled us to automate part of our governance process.
- Nintex has made it easy for our users to get to the legal agreements they need quickly and efficiently.
We used Conga to generate our templates, but the back-end aspect was not made for the non-technical person. We would have to get Conga support on the phone, walk them through what we needed and have them build the solution. This was cumbersome and time consuming, although the end result did work. Nintex removes all of that from the equation; a non-techy can easily build a solution quickly and easily!
