Overall Satisfaction with ON24
ON24 is used by our organization to meet the needs of broadcasting our webcast or podcast. There are 60 to 90 minute webinars that we have and are used to market and broadcast our service offerings to internal & external participants. ON24 solves the reporting problems and helps us distribute CPE certificates to the eligible viewers.
- Reporting needs are met. We understand who has registered, attended and qualified for the credits.
- Helps cater to a large audience of over 10 thousand. Seamless management of profiles and data
- Customer support
- Data flow becomes an issue sometimes if the number/quantity is very large. XML feed is required during such times.
- There are few records that do not get captured, but customer support helps in such cases.
- Cap limit
- ON24 helps in understanding the NPS scores for lead generation.
- It plays an important role in managing registrants and attendees.
- Business and revenue
- Integrate with CRM/marketing automation software
- Enable sales follow-up
- Optimize campaign nurture programs
There was a negative impact as ON24 applied cap/or limitations to the registrations. This was due to high demand of this ON24 tool and we had to push our webcasts to a different time slot for accommodating our registrants. For few we also had created archives and semi-live broadcasting to share the content.

ON24 is a trustworthy bet and the best part is their customer support. They keep you updated with the latest technology and keep you aware of the latest platform upgrades. They keep switching to technologies like Flash or HTML5 to remain sustainable and are compatible with the latest version of web browsers. :)
Not sure about the WYSIWYG, however, ON24 is user friendly as it is very easy for anyone to get trained on this tool. There is a great material available in their help section from where you can understand all the functionalities. The customer care is quick and responds faster to your questions.

As mentioned above, the relationship and bond matters a lot. ON24 never disappointed and is a trust worthy platform. the team is of great people and always ready to customize the look and feel as per the customer need. they understand the business better and have set a benchmark for themselves
I don't want to change anything about it as I have been using ON24 from 10 years and I have know how they have evolved and maintain their consistency in support and the product they provide. they are great in the market and can be a best choice for any webinar needs.

There was a time when due to climatic conditions presenters were not able to join the webcast and we had to reschedule the webcast. ON24 took a great care in quick moving the webcast and also doing a semi live event for the second batch of people to over come the disaster.
