Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Paycom is our payroll and timekeeping platform. We had used Paycom in the past, then transitioned to a full-service PEO. This was a mistake, and less than a year after this transition we went back to Paycom. We are happier than ever with the updates and support we have received from Paycom. We won't be misled by the promises of other platforms. We're home with Paycom!

Paycom is by far the best of the systems I have used. It is more intuitive and easier to navigate. ADP's systems were horrible, and their implementation and management teams are not good. I do not recommend ADP at all.

Support and Self-Service
We replaced our timekeeping and payroll systems, which were not in good shape. We plan to add additional platforms in the future.
In the timekeeping system, we have been trying to find a solution to automate our point-tracking attendance system. Paycom was able to help us build an automated system to solve this problem.
By providing employees with the tools to make their own time keeping updates, it is saving all our leadership team members time and ultimately money. Paycheck previews prior to pay dates is also a huge advantage, to correcting problems before they arise.

3 - The HR Coordinator is the lead for Paycom management; our Payroll administrator handles just payroll processing; our Accounting Director is in charge of GL management and Paycom.

Our previous use of Paycom made it an easy choice to revert back to after a disastrous experience with a PEO. However the updates Paycom made in the interim period has made this an even better decision to return to Paycom.
We would have never left Paycom... However, now we know the proverbial grass is not greener with other PEOs and payroll providers. Paycom ROCKS!

We did not purchase premium support. Paycom's implementation team was absolutely fantastic.
Yes - We had some minor bugs during implementation, which both the implementation team at Paycom and we discovered. Any issues were corrected immediately. We never waited any longer than 12 hours to correct any issues.

Yes - The mobile app is great. It has been upgraded from our past usage, and is easier and more intuitive than ever.
