Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use ATS, Onboarding, Time & Labor, HR, Benefits. Everything has been set up correctly so looking forward to having correct information on our employees and being able to pull easy reporting.
  • Calculates retro
  • Easy to term
  • Payroll is clearcut
  • PTO available in HR & Payroll instead of having to do in T&L
  • Ability to view timesheets from employee HR record (extra clicks currently)
  • Once fully implemented will have a huge time impact since everything is manual
Recruiting and Onboarding have become much simpler. Ability to text applicants from the app and send out background checks and offer letters is a big time saver.
Nothing yet as we are still in the early stages. We have been live for 1 month.
One of the biggest pluses was the ability to do the 360 bridge with our 401(k) provider.

Ability to do 360 bridge was huge for us. We had to do a VCP due to errors so this was a major factor.
