Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use ATS, Onboarding, Time & Labor, HR, Benefits. Everything has been set up correctly so looking forward to having correct information on our employees and being able to pull easy reporting.
- Calculates retro
- Easy to term
- Payroll is clearcut
- PTO available in HR & Payroll instead of having to do in T&L
- Ability to view timesheets from employee HR record (extra clicks currently)
- Once fully implemented will have a huge time impact since everything is manual
Recruiting and Onboarding have become much simpler. Ability to text applicants from the app and send out background checks and offer letters is a big time saver.
