I was an end user support technician for two years, and now I am a system administrator/developer for AdaptiveWork.

- We have been able to execute on a larger number of projects per year with much lower PQA findings since we began using Planview AdaptiveWork
We have used custom actions to require fields be populated and ensure the correct data is being collected upon creation of a variety of objects in the tool.
A lot of our reports have been around time tracking to ensure a timely entering of time, to ensure downstream software can be populated in a timely manner for internal and external uses.
We have integrated with SNOW and home-grown applications.
Planview AdaptiveWork has allowed us to dictate the process to our users ensuring the correct methodology and tasks have been used.
AdaptiveWork is a more intuitive flow though the project lifecycle, easing the tasks of our managers.
