Overall Satisfaction with PowerDMS
Our department uses both sides of PowerDMS (training and compliance). We use it for CALEA compliance and we also use it to send out all of our policy changes and updates. In addition, we use PowerDMS to distribute training to reduce the number of hours officers have to be off the street for training and we track training certificates from both internal and external training.

- PowerDMS has amazing employees that no matter what problem you are having they help come up with solutions.
- PowerDMS listens to their customers and their needs and is constantly making their product better and implementing many of the suggestions from their customers.
- The use and implementation of advanced workflows is difficult to follow even after watching the videos or attending training.
- PowerDMS has allowed our department to save a lot of money by reducing the amount of paper we would be using to distribute policy updates.
- PowerDMS has given us the ability to send out training and lower the number of hours that officers are off the street and in a classroom setting.
