Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online
I use it for all AP, AR, Banking, taxes, payroll, etc., [and] all company financials.
- Lousy ROI, takes more time than ever [and a] significant amount of frustration and high blood pressure.
- Has made it harder to accept credit cards because transactions show no details of which client, and what they debit for their fees.
Time for me to switch now.

Yes - No, and I don't bother submitting any feedback and suggestions anymore, because nothing happens with them.
I can't remember when I have ever received exceptional support for Quickbooks Online...ever; mediocre at best.
