Overall Satisfaction with QuoteWerks
Used by a department in quoting Products that we Rep for other Manufacturers, in the highway/construction business. It is easy to use. Take a little bit of time to set up your database, but once it is built it is easy to maintain yearly on pricing updates, etc.
- Works well with CRM & other Sales marketing programs
- Easy to maintain the database files
- Easy to set up the print screens
- Easy to manipulate the columns you only need in your quoting process.
- Fairly inexpensive to keep up to date yearly.
- Copy database files from one database to the other....It looses or duplicates the files
- Building sets, items that make up "one" item. Doesn't flow as easy as we would like.
- Allows for quick quoting to our customers. They get their quotes almost instantly.
- Allows for quick Maintaining of prices, able to make a profit on most items if the database is kept up to date
- Doesn't handle inventory of products that well.
Alot easier to use, but far !

When we were updating the sofetware to a newer version. Someone in the office was still in the database (which they were not supporse to be) and it messed up the database. The support team was able to get us fixed & up and running again, in just a half a day. They knew what happened and how to fix it. Thank Goodness !
