Overall Satisfaction with QuoteWerks
We use QuoteWerks to manage quotes for new prospects and existing clients. QuoteWerks has a great search capability so I never lose sight of recently created quotes. QuoteWerks makes it very easy to generate more than one quote per account so the customer has documents they can use to compare options side by side.
- Searching for previously created quotes
- Setting up quote templates
- Creating multiple quotes per organization in a way that isn't confusing.
- I wish I could select my favorite line items to appear at the top of a list and make it fast to select those frequently used items.
- QuoteWerks makes it fast and easy to manage quotes.
- Drawloop
Both software options have different strengths. I prefer QuoteWerks for how easy it is to customize a quote and add in appropriate discounts, as well as having multiple quotes per account. I prefer Drawloop because it's embedded into Salesforce. Drawloop takes much longer to use then QuoteWerks which can be irritating.
