Overall Satisfaction with QuoteWerks

QuoteWerks was used for a client to streamline the process of quoting a project, placing the order, and keeping track of dialogue between the people involved. When you have a service that involves several departments in your company, getting everyone coordinated to provide information to complete a sale can be difficult, so Quoteworks helps connect the dots.

  • Allows personnel to have more free time to gain additional clients.
  • Conga CPQ (formerly Apttus CPQ)
Both this software were similar in what they do and pricing, however, the QuoteWork software in my opinion does a better job recording and tracking communications between personnel and clients. QuoteWerks also gives a lot of data that might seem like overkill, but having too much information is better than too little.

QuoteWerks is a good software for mid to large-scale companies that has multiple processes to get process quotes and typically works best for a company that has a service or product with several departments that need to talk to each other before a final quote can be given to the customer. Little mom and pop stores where one person handles all processes should not apply.
