Overall Satisfaction with QuoteWerks
QuoteWerks was used for a client to streamline the process of quoting a project, placing the order, and keeping track of dialogue between the people involved. When you have a service that involves several departments in your company, getting everyone coordinated to provide information to complete a sale can be difficult, so Quoteworks helps connect the dots.

Both this software were similar in what they do and pricing, however, the QuoteWork software in my opinion does a better job recording and tracking communications between personnel and clients. QuoteWerks also gives a lot of data that might seem like overkill, but having too much information is better than too little.
