Overall Satisfaction with QuoteWerks
We use QW for all outside sales proposals and for reoccurring service inspections. QWs integration with QuickBooks is a great time saver. Also, the integration with HubSpot and Salesforce is great too.
- Grouping.
- Hidden lines in groups.
- Integration with other programs/software.
- Have not found QW not able to do anything I have needed it to.
- If I could ask for one thing, QW becoming adding a CRM feature.
- Quick ROI.
- Reduced time building quotes and reduced errors in/on quotes.
- Reduced time on converting quotes to orders in QuickBooks.
We used Excel for quoting before finding QuoteWerks. Excel was time-consuming and errors occurred often with bad or broken formulas and then we still had to manually transfer the quote. QuoteWerks has made quoting quick and easy. It has also made converting quotes to orders in QuickBooks simple and quick.
