Good old Raiser's Edge

We use it only for our fundraising efforts, in our fundraising department. We use it to record donations, generate solicitation or invite lists, and track event participation. We used to track volunteers in Raiser's Edge, but moved away from it. Since Raiser's Edge can store a lot of information, we record and track everything possible, including gift agreements or letters. It helps with record reviewing. We also track meetings or communications with donors and prospects in Raiser's Edge. It provides complete view of donors behaviour and our solicitation efforts.
